Descending decadently upon me…
At times overwhelming me with insistence…
Filling me with words long forgotten in the depths of my mind…
There they dwell…waiting to be remembered…
Discovered again with joyous exuberance…
Longing to be joined to one another in a form solely mine…
Wholly me…in essence…in words…
Expression of my soul sent out into the world…
Representation of my hopes…my dreams…
Magical machinations continually moving…rearranging…
Birth of my voice in silence…
Imagination’s Impetus awakened…
Fueled by memories…experiences…
Dreams that have and have yet to come…
Their requirements are that their union be unique…
That they get to represent me…
Expressing me in ways I never could…
Until now…
They fight for their ultimate freedom…yearning to roam…to leave me…
Their departure evokes new combinations
unceasingly born and born again…
Be still…
Wait…
Listen…
Feel…
Write…
Only then can I truly be free…

Well someone is getting pretty prolific, these days. Such an epic (exvepic) celebration of our language and the scintillating and hitherto unnoticed combinations of words. You make these words and all words uniquely yours. ‘Feel’ and ‘write’ that is what you do and what you do so well. xxxx

Speaking of “exvepic”….such is how I view your praise!! If I can arrange words so as to be different and unique and impart feeling then I am more than most exceedingly happy! Thank you so very very much! I am always anticipatious to hear your thoughts! xxxx

This is a magnificent beauty of a poem. The way you use words to describe the way the words form is truly inspirational. I cannot describe properly what I see when I read this. I see the words dancing with each other and making people stand and clap with joy and awe at your ability to place words that few of us would ever dream of using.
I wish I had half of your skill with words. You are throwing these out thick and fast the moment, and they are improving every time. With each poem I think you have reached your best, and each time you show that it was a stepping stone to the next level of skill.
Love this

So wonderful to see your words gliding across the screen once again. You should consider a book of poetry, if you haven’t already done so. It would be something for all of your followers to treasure. 🙂
