Short and yet so much said in those few lines. Not many people can put in so much feeling into 21 words. I had to look up a few words.
Facile – superficial
vagaries – changes in someone’s behaviour
Refulgent – shining.
The funny thing is, when I write “define:facile” or “define:vagaries”, you have the definition, followed by the Oxford Dictionary, followed Echo Remembrance 🙂

Well, you succeeded. You have a definite way with words. 21 words and still manage to draw the reader right in. It is amazing how you use less words and yet say so much. You can never get bored with reading your poems because they are always the right length. So enjoyable. Thank you

Once again you have been mixing it up, the length of this one is noticeable but that by no means is a bad thing. You are an emotional powerhouse when it comes to driving emotions into our minds.
I love the photo accompanying this one, so evocative of the many themes that you have tackled throughout the years that we have been following you in our ninja ways.
Refulgent is such a great word, which is one amongst many, I got a lot of imagery from your words, a lot of that mainly from the Dreamscape that you have been building up…if you are curious mention it in a Cmail and I will oblige your curiosity.

Thank you also for sharing your thoughts on the photo! I am always curious how the accompanying image will be thought of. I do find it increasingly fascinating how different words evoke different interpretations for each person, which always induces such an awesome feeling of wonder to receive comments sharing such with me.
I am proper happy you enjoyed the wordplay in this one. As for the Dreamscape…I like to imagine it varies for each of us…for myself and each person who reads…always changing…expanding with evermore to explore! Lots of imagery eh? You have most certainly piqued my curiosity…therefore, you should indeed be expectant to oblige me…
