There on a sandy seashore…
Waves crashing…
Warm gentle breeze…caresses seductively…
Softly blowing…playing with my hair…

I sit and stare…
Majesty of the sea…
Escaping reality…

All senses heightened…
Suddenly aware of everything…and nothing…
Watching…waiting…
Sand between my toes….
Salty spray envelopes softly…enticing…gently…

Aaah for Robyn… what a talented and beautiful person… I do miss her and her posts, so talented and suffering such pain and hip problems… I do miss her… but I do love your posts as much as hers, and hope you suffer no ailments that will have you temporarily disappear off the bloggers world…

This poem is special to me as it is the one that inspired me to start writing poetry. I was thinking about Robyn a few days ago, wondering how she is. It seems like forever since we have heard from her. Her photography is truly fantastic, and it goes brilliantly well with your poetry. If you hear from her, please let us know.

Thank you Christina for the lovely day out at the seaside. The whipped ice-cream cone with the chocolate stick was lovely. I still have my “Kiss Me Quick” hat. Shame I got my shoes and socks soaked though. Must take a spare set next time 🙂 Ralph xox 😀

The A-Team of poetry this is…now that’s a crazy thought worth persuing! You guys meld wonderfully, your styles complement each other whilst keeping your own parts recognisable.
Such a vivid scene that is set out for our greedy eyes. It’s a tumultuous peace watching the waves crash whilst you sit back in utter contentment.
The idea of renewal, of forever exploring a unique seas shore, even if one you frequent every day is just such a clever yet simple device. I would hope another collaboration would be on the cards when Robyn is back with us and you both have time. xxxxx

She is the epitome of love and light! I know she doesn’t like it when people put too much attention on her…I just wanted to let her know…with no pressure to respond…that we all love her and miss her!
