Their minds meet mutually in a way neither has known before…..
Instant ignition…
He challenges her…
He encourages her…
Inspires her…
Intrigues her…
Magnetism drawing them closer…
She sees him…
He sees her…
Collision…
He captures her heart…
She captures his…
Each willingly surrendered to the other…
Their souls entwine…They meet…
He holds her close…
A kiss tells them each more than words can express…
They share everything…
Hearts merge…
Love binds…Precious moments fill each day with laughter…adventure…shared perfection…
The sands of time flow faster than the rushing river…
He promises her forever…
She desperately wishes to believe him…Their last embrace with a final kiss…they must let each other go…
She watches him walk toward the plane waiting to take him away…
She turns so he won’t see her tears…She walks away…with such sadness…
Feeling alone but for all those magical moments that remind her of his love and devotion…
Her love for him growing…evermore…
In the silence of his absence melancholy her new companion…
Hope whispers…
She listens…smiles in remembrance…
His last words fill her mind…“This is only our prologue…”

This is incredible!! I thought your last piece was your best, but that pales in comparison to this, Prologues Promise is ingenious. The feeling that pours out from this; you can feel the love. you can feel the passion. It is fantastic.

“Loved” is probably the wrong word. It is not descriptive enough. “Magnificence” “wonderful” “brilliant” “elegant” “splendid” and still not words enough to describe how good it is.
It is a piece that I could read several times.

Sometime absence is required to feel a person’s presence more intensely . . .
The Prologue may remain… Like Keats said- ”There’s a holyness in Heart’s affection”….I don’t know…They/their Heart’s affection may live for an eternity… Sometime I wish for such love……

I cannot remember who to attribute the quote I’m thinking of at the moment…perhaps Rumi? It is “That which you seek….is seeking you…” words to ponder my friend!
